cake decorating & Wine Tasting - March 21st, 5pm

Tis the season of sharing wine and cake with friends! During this afternoon with Birdhouse Bakeshop, we’ll work through a tasting of three natural wines, chosen not only because they’re good, but because they’re made by women who care. Alongside these sips, everyone will decorate their own 6-inch cake, working with soft layers of sponge, buttercream, seasonal fruit preserves, and local blooms.

All ingredients are intentionally sourced, with care given to seasonality and quality. The cakes will be fun, approachable—no pressure, no perfection—just room to play with your intuition, to make something beautiful, and take it home to share.
