The Baglio Ingardia Farm is located at the foot of Mount Erice, in the fertile countryside of the province of Trapani. The Baglio's origins date back to the 18th century, when it was built by Baron Todaro della Galia, who planted a lush 10-hectare olive grove on the property.

Today, Baglio Ingardia boasts over 20 hectares of cultivated land. It is managed by daughter Mariella and grandsons Nicola and Salvatore, who carefully oversee the production and marketing of their  products, including organic extra virgin olive oil, wines, and craft beer. The Ingardia family strongly believes in the value of eco-sustainability. Equipped with a modern irrigation system, the Baglio boasts a reservoir with a capacity of approximately 45,000 cubic meters: this guarantees the necessary water resources during hot and dry periods and helps maintain the consistently high quality of the fruit harvested from the trees.

All the land is cultivated using exclusively organic fertilizers, applying the practice of green manure with legumes produced exclusively on the farm, essential for improving, fertilizing and protecting the soil. Baglio Ingardia has always been characterized by its pursuit of quality while fully respecting the environment, and has chosen to convert to organic farming. These choices, the result of careful attention to detail, have earned numerous awards and recognitions over time. They are testament to the work carried out every day by a family with over a century of history and experience.
